We publish such information in good faith, based on the information provided. We have taken reasonable care to ensure that the content of the website including all hotel information and listings are accurate and up-to-date. Nevertheless, rates could change afterwards and to not being reflected onto the site immediately.- Rates published are per person based on double occupancy, subject to change without previous notice. The rates and their validity are valid according to the dates shown.
ABOUT BOOKINGS
When you book any program, excursion, airline ticket or any other service offered by Cuatro Rumbos EVT, you undertake that you have the authority to accept and do accept these booking conditions on behalf of either yourself, your party or (your)clients. These are the terms and conditions governing use of this website and the agreement that operates between us and you (travel agent or passenger). Our clients are notified and must accept all the clauses set out on these Terms and General Conditions.- In order to make a booking to Cuatro Rumbos EVT, the client should provide as clear as possible the following information: services requested, exact dates, quantity, complete name, age of passengers, passport number, citizenship, language and further details regarding all the passengers in matter, otherwise we may not be able to complete your booking request. You also undertake to provide correct and accurate e-mail, postal and/or other contact details to us and acknowledge that we may use these details to contact you in the event that this should prove necessary. If there are / exist flights taken by external agents to Cuatro Rumbos EVT, should notify us: dates, flight numbers, routes and airline companies involved.- The way to make a booking to Cuatro Rumbos EVT is by email or by fax. We do not accept bookings made by telephone or messenger.
PAYMENT OF CONTRACTED SERVICIES
Payment for the services requested must be paid in full, The methods of payment are the following: By Credit card: Client or travel agency must send a commitment letter (click here to download it) signed by its owner at least 10 working days before the departure date, in conjunction with; copy of the credit card (both sides) and the identification card (either passport, ID card). Whichever credit card is, will incur an additional 4% charge as an administrative fee and district taxes.- Credit cards accepted by Cuatro Rumbos are the following: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS. For payments higher than 1500 USD we suggest you to pay through an electronic bank transfer.
POLICIES OF CHANGES, AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations, amendments and refund requests must be in writing from the person who made the booking or your travel agent must be received at our offices, including all the relevant information and will be attend immediately. *If a cancellation is received before and including 120 days prior to arrival to South America, the holiday price will be refunded in full, less an administration fee charge.- *If a cancellation is received 119-70 days before the arrival date, the refund will be subject to a penalty of 30% of total holiday price. *If a cancellation is received 69-30 days before the arrival date, the refund will be subject to a penalty of 60% of total holiday price. *If a cancellation is received 29-15 days before the arrival date, the refund will be subject to a penalty of 90% of total holiday price. *If a cancellation received 14 days before the arrival date, the refund will be subject to a penalty of 100% of total holiday price. We will incur full cost and be fully non-refundable when: When a group comes from bordering countries, cancellations cannot be made less than 20 days and 30 days if the group comes from non- bordering countries, as per decree 2.182 Regulation law 18.829. Cuatro Rumbos EVT keeps the rights to modify the cancellation policies in any circumstances if our suppliers apply different conditions as per the ones described above.
ABOUT PASSENGERS DOCUMENTATION AND VISA
It is also passengers responsibility to ensure to have the visa (if it is required) and to follow the requirements of health to entry the country/countries you pretend to visit. Cuatro Rumbos EVT requests the following information from each passenger: complete Name, Passport number, date of birth, citizenship, profession, telephone number and email address.
RESPONSABILITY
The tour operator “Cuatro Rumbos EVT” declares to act only an as intermediary between every passenger and the suppliers or a person, who provide services; the ones described on the passenger’s itinerary; which means in all matters concerning transportation, hotels, etc. Therefore, declines the whole responsibility for any deficiencies in the services provided or failing to provide: Injures, accidents, delays or irregularities whilst its execution could be caused to the passengers or companions. Also with the luggage and other objects of/at your property. Cuatro Rumbos EVT, is not responsable in case of natural desasters or events of force majeure like: earthquakes, epidemics, illnesses, weather changes , strikes, wars, government's restrictions or such any other event out of control of Cuatro Rumbos.- Cuatro Rumbos will not take any responsibility for any expenses incurred by passengers, as result of delays or cancellation of a programmed flight. Cuatro Rumbos will not take any responsibility for any expenses incurred by passengers, as result of a flight missing due to passengers do not fulfill the norms and procedures of boarding. Where travel and health documents are necessary to comply with the requirements of any country you may wish to visit then it is your responsibility to procure them. If failure to obtain any such documents results in fines, surcharges or other financial penalty being imposed upon us then you shall reimburse us accordingly. Cuatro RUmbos acts only as an intermediary agent between the suppliers of transportation, accommodation and other services. Cuatro Rumbos will not be liable for any damage, accident, lost, delayed, timetable/schedule changes, overbooking or any other Irregularity caused by external suppliers.-
